In this scene, titled “Basic Etiquette,” get ready to witness a hilarious clash of personalities as I step into the shoes of the rebellious yet surprisingly entrepreneurial TikToker, Katie.

Joining me in this comedic adventure is the talented Rose Day, who brilliantly portrays Emily, Katie’s uptight and rule-abiding sister.

In “Basic Etiquette,” Katie, the free-spirited TikToker, decides to impart some unconventional wisdom to her sister Emily on the art of social etiquette. Armed with her trademark rebelliousness and entrepreneurial spirit, Katie hilariously challenges Emily’s rigid notions of proper behavior, turning the concept of manners upside down.

Filming this scene was an absolute blast, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in comedy than Rose. The chemistry between our characters was electric, and we had a fantastic time bringing Katie and Emily to life on screen. It’s scenes like these that remind me why I fell in love with acting in the first place!

Vlog update: My first week fully booked in LA!

A Whirlwind Week in LA: From Horror Movies to Crime Solving Dramas

Hey, lovelies! Danika Maia here, and boy, do I have some exciting updates to share with you about my past week in the city of angels, Los Angeles. It has been one thrilling rollercoaster ride, filled with long nights, nostalgic reunions, and a diverse range of projects that have pushed my creative boundaries to new heights.

First things first, let’s talk about my exhilarating experience working on a horror movie for the very first time. Picture this: a moonlit night, an eerie set, and a team of talented individuals dedicated to making your heart skip a beat. I had the incredible opportunity to work as a background actor on this spine-chilling production, and let me tell you, it was a night I won’t soon forget. We shot throughout the night, immersing ourselves in the world of horror, and creating an atmosphere that sent shivers down our spines. But here’s the twist – during the shoot, I bumped into one of the stuntmen, and to my surprise, we were actually classmates back in middle school! Talk about a small world. It was a nostalgic reunion amidst the screams and scares.

Moving on, I also had the chance to dive into the world of vertical drama series. I was part of a captivating crime-solving drama that kept me on my toes throughout the shoot. The intensity of the storyline, coupled with the incredible ensemble cast, made for an unforgettable experience. It’s always a thrill to be part of a project that challenges your acting skills and allows you to explore the depths of complex characters.

But wait, there’s more! I also had the opportunity to work on a social media commercial for a popular restaurant. In this digital age, social media has become an integral part of our lives, and being able to utilize my acting skills to promote a local eatery was a unique and exciting endeavor. From capturing the perfect food shots to showcasing the vibrant atmosphere, it was a joy to be part of a project that celebrates the culinary delights of the city.

As I look forward to the upcoming week, I am thrilled to share that I will be working on a documentary, immersing myself in the world of reenactments. Documentaries have a special place in my heart as they allow us to shed light on important stories and bring history to life. I’m excited to step into the shoes of real-life individuals and recreate their experiences, giving a voice to those whose stories need to be heard.

All in all, it’s been an incredible week filled with diverse projects that have challenged and inspired me as an actress. From horror movies to crime-solving dramas, and even a social media commercial, I am grateful for the opportunities that LA continues to present me with. No Heat Curls + New Music Out! VLOG

Hey there, my fabulous friend!

I recently tried out this awesome hair product called the Curl Whirl, and guess what? It gave me the most amazing curls without any heat! I have spent so much money on straightening and curling products that damage my hair throughout the years and this was only $5.99 at Marshall’s Can you believe it? No more damage to our precious locks while still rocking those gorgeous curls. It was like magic!

The instructions said to use it overnight, but I forgot to so i thought it would work the same if i did it in the mornin and took it out before an event at night. I didnt love the results! It was definitely way better when i wrapped it tightly at night and slept with a silk bonnet on it.

So, I followed the instructions, wrapped my hair around those flexible rods, and went to bed. The next morning, when I took them out, my hair was transformed into bouncy, dreamy curls. I was over the moon with excitement! The Curl Whirl is a game-changer, my friend. Trust me, you’ll fall in love with it too.

But hold on, that’s not all! On the same day, I released my brand new song, “Diamonds.” It’s a special track that celebrates self-discovery and finding our inner strength. I poured my heart and soul into it, and the response has been incredible. People are connecting with the message, and it’s touching their hearts. I couldn’t be happier!

This day was like a whirlwind of creativity and happiness. Trying out the Curl Whirl and unveiling “Diamonds” made it one for the books. I’m so grateful to have you on this journey with me, supporting and cheering me on. You’re the best!
